Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the OrgTracer browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

OrgTracer is a free browser extension that visualizes Salesforce automation execution order, traces user permissions, and analyzes debug logs. The Extension processes all data locally in your browser. There is no backend server, no user accounts, and no cloud-based processing.

3. License

OrgTracer is provided as a free browser extension. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Local Data Processing

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. It reads metadata from your Salesforce org via direct API calls authenticated with your existing session. No data is transmitted to any server operated by OrgTracer or any third party. You are solely responsible for your Salesforce credentials and session security.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Salesforce configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of OrgTracer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Salesforce Trademarks

Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. OrgTracer is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with your organization's policies and Salesforce terms of service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any exported settings files that may contain OAuth tokens.
  • You acknowledge that the Extension has read-only access to your Salesforce org and does not modify any data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published with extension updates. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. All locally stored data (recent objects, OAuth tokens) will be removed upon uninstallation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
